Delivery policy
1. All orders are fulfilled at Klaipėda, Lithuania within 2 business days after receiving the paid order. Delivery in Lithuania costs with LP EXPRESS courier €3.99 and LP EXPRESS parcel machine €2.39
2. Products to the European Union (EU) and other countries we ship by registered Lithuanian priority post (operated by Lithuanian post, www.post.lt).
Delivery in European Union (EU) takes up to 6 business days; With a fixed rate of €6.
Other countries – up to 10 business days (possible customs handling can add days to expected delivery dates). With a fixed rate of €6.

Exchange and return policy
If you want to get a refund or return an item please let us know and we will help you! Contact us info@pliustrys.com

1. During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items. Returns will only be accepted if the goods are in perfect condition. “Pliustrys” cannot accept returns where the mentioned requirements have been breached.
2. We will return the money if it’s a return or send you a new product if it’s an exchange. Products should be unsused, new, in their original package. Please contact info@pliustrys.com to get an blank to fill in all the return info.
3. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser credit card or other mean (depending on used payment method). Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. 4. We leave our right not to give a return or do the exchange on faulty/used items, damaged package.
5. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to “Pliustrys”. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer s expense. However, “Pliustrys” will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.
6. If you are returning items bought with a discount price, you will only get a discount price – the exact price you spent.
